CANCELLATION POLICY

At Vamp we understand that sometimes adjustments to appointments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours cancellation/rescheduling notice. For appointments scheduled lasting three hours our more, we request a 48 hour cancelation notice. 

After the second cancellation/rescheduling notice given within the 24-48 hour notice time, we will require 50% of your scheduled service price to be paid prior to booking your next appointment. 

After the third cancellation/rescheduling notice given within the 24-48 hour notice time, we will require 50% of your scheduled service price to be paid before booking your next appointment and all future appointments will be prepaid.  
 

NO SHOW POLICY:

After the second no show notice given within the 24-48 hour notice time, we will require 50% of your scheduled service price to be paid before booking your next appointment and all future appointments will be prepaid. 
 

LATE POLICY:

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may have to reschedule your visit or not provide all services for which you are scheduled. 
 

ADDITIONAL POLICIES: 

 

  • All prices listed on our website, service menus, social media, or discussed over the phone are starting prices and subject to change based on individual client needs. Prices should be determined in the consultation if different from what is listed. 
  • Please come to your appointment with clean, dry hair. If your hair is too dirty we will require you to have it shampooed before we start and may affect what services we are able to complete within your appointment time. You will also be charged for a blowout.  
  • Please do not bring your children with you to your appointments. We are in a small space and would like to be considerate to all of our clients and stylists. Also, the salon is full of dangerous tools and chemicals that can be harmful to an unattended child while you are having your hair done. We may ask you to reschedule your appointment if your child is with you.
  • We do not service children under 13. Prices for children 13 and over are the same as adult prices.
